A few months ago, my car’s windshield sprang a small leak (of course, during a rain), and I took the car to this shop. Since it was unclear where the leak was coming from, as there was no visible crack on my windshield, they suggested to apply some filler/glue around the windshield (underneath the rubber that holds the windshield in place) to hopefully stop the leak. As they were not sure if that would work (as we could not tell where the leak was coming from, even after a thorough inspection), they did not charge me a penny. Eventually, I learnt that the leak was coming from my roof rack and not the windshield. Despite not fully using their services (as I did not replace my windshield), I cannot recommend this guys enough as they were very honest, flexible (other shops would only see in me in a week time) and worked fast. If I ever need windshield services, will definitely go back to this shop.

The experience was excellent from the minute I spoke with Adam (owner). I had previously scheduled for my windshield to be replaced by another company who decided to notify me 45 minutes before the end of the day that they wouldn't be able to make it and wanted to reschedule and have me wait two more days. When I reached out to Auto Glass Zone Oakville, Adam personally called me and assured me that he would have a team out the next morning while also matching the price I had agreed to pay the other company. I really appreciated Team Richie's approach. They called me ahead of time and gave me an estimated time of arrival. When they arrived they were courteous and professional. As they began with the replacement they ensured to give me a walk through of the side panels so that I was aware of any dents/scratches. Upon completion of the job they gave me another walk through, gave me instructions to hold off from getting a car wash for a week and have me turn on the car and test the windshield wipers so that I could see that it was making contact with the glass the way it should. I appreciate Adam for accommodating me and for Team Richie for the excellent work they did, all for a very good price!

Very happy with the service I received. When my heated windshield was first installed, I noticed a defect in the glass a few days later and pointed it out, they ordered a replacement quickly under warranty and took care of the issue.

I had a positive experience with the business. The windshield on my Mazda CX5 was replaced but the new windshield developed a crack 2 weeks after installation. I took the car back to the shop and after examining the crack the shop agreed it was most likely caused by stress (or manufacturing defect) and replaced the windshield again under their warranty. What a fantastic experience! I stopped in this past Saturday to see if my windshield needed a repair or replacement. I figured it was replacement since it was chipped almost through the glass in the bottom corner and spread across the windshield. They looked at it right away. Confirmed it needed to be replaced. I expected to make an appointment later in the week. But to my surprise they could replace it that day and have it ready in an hour. They helped with my insurance claim and really made it painless. It’s not often these days you find customer service like this. And it was ready at the time they said it would be. Highly recommend.

To start, their hours are wrong and there was a slight miscommunication in the beginning where a genuine windshield and aftermarket moulding was ordered; this was corrected and a genuine moulding was ordered. The company did a phenomenal job with the install of the new windshield. They returned my vehicle to me the same way they found it, flawless. No mess was made, no dirt was to be found. The turnaround was very quick and the price I paid was half that of the dealership. I will definitely be back and will be referring friends and family to this place.

A large piece of ice shattered my back glass after a nasty storm. Ive used Auto Glass before for my windshield and I was very happy with the service. They had the glass available for my back glass and it was very easy to schedule the appointment. I was originally going to pay out of my pocket but Amani reassured that my premium would not go up and that my deductible might be Less. It turns out my deductible was $0 and it was fixed for free!! Everyone was in the office was very friendly and they did an amazing job fixing the back glass. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

My boyfriend recently came here for a completely new glass replacement on the rear window of his truck. They did an excellent job with the new window and tint!! A rock hit my windshield on the highway while I was away from home and I felt too nervous to drive my car back. Despite being scheduled to come for just a repair, I decided to get the windshield fully replaced and they went above and beyond to go all the way back to their shop to pick up a replacement windshield and drive it back to me to replace it. They didn't have to do that. Knock on wood if this ever happens to me again, I'll be calling them again. So relieved to have this taken care of so quickly!

I wish I can give them more stars. Workmanship is absolute top notch. Very friendly, honest and knowledgeable staffs. Hopefully my new front windshield won't get chipped and crack again but if that happens again, I will definitely come back here for any repair or replacement job. Highly recommend this place.

Above and beyond service, fair pricing. So happy I decided to call G Zone! They replaced my broken windsheild within 24 hours of my initial call, right at my house. Richard and his coworker came from Oakville to Hamilton to fix my windshield. I called them yesterday and they gave me a 3 hour notice window within 24 hours and they came within the time frame. They did a really good job replacing my windshield and they also offer a great price compared to other auto shops that I called yesterday. All and all I would recommend them to anyone that needs their windshield replaced!

Richard and his co-worker came from Oakville to Hamilton at 930 in the morning to change out my windows. He worked with me on 2 insurance claims to help me with the cost. I had my windshield replaced in July and they came to the house to do it. Didn't drive the car for a bit and when I finally did I noticed that the w/s had a pit in it. Wasn't on the outside but the inside and in the driver's view. I called them and spoke to Jeff, who immediately sent someone out to repair it. They could repair it as it was still in vision. Called back spoke to Jeff who sent out Grant again two days later to replace my w/s once again at no cost to me. Thank you for the service, very hospitable, fast and reliable. Will def use them in the future again. The best part they came to me.

Fantastic service and price! Naseem is the consumate professional at his job! I had a very bad star shape crack in my windshield and I called, and drove in right away without any appointment. He worked on my car and within an hour or less, the crack was 99% gone! Unbelievable! We then talked about other stuff as he's very friendly and was curious about EVs. This review is way overdue. My windshield was cracked and during the bad storms it suddenly got worse. They were able to fit me in on a last minute request, with short staffed, they changed my windshield, offered me the best price in the area and it was an easy and smooth process. Very happy and satisfied with the work. My only feedback is they didn’t clean the dashboard after placing the windshield, but it wasn’t a big deal, wiped it clean with a wet wipe. Highly recommend this place, fast and friendly service.

I started looking elsewhere after most windshield replacement businesses provided me with estimates close to a $1,000 for a windshield replacement for my car. In business you usually have to pick two of the three: Cost effective, timely, and/or quality. Gzone didn't get the memo because I easily received all three. They saw me the day of, had me out in an hour, by far had the most reasonable price of all the quotes I received, and the new windshield looks great. I had a really good experience here after bringing in my car with a bad stone chip for repair. It took a bit longer than expected due to weather conditions but the results and price ($60) were great. Afterwards, Jeff walked us step by step through the work that was done and seemed to really care about the business and customers. I had a bad experience at enterprise where I was charged $1400 for a windshield replacement on the same model car due to a stress crack but talking to Jeff, this should have been closer to $800/$850 with mark-up. Great life lesson to learn, and appreciate that he took the time to go over the process in this level of detail. 100% recommend going here

With winter coming, a small crack I didn't notice grew each day till it was almost 2 feet long overnight. Scrambling, I called around and GZone couldn't send a repair out as they were booked on such short notice, but were able to service my car at their Oakville location on a Saturday during the few hours they're open. They replaced my windshield in under an hour, covered part of my deductible and overall was a great experience.

It was a real pleasure doing business with GZone Autoglass. Sam and Tammy were really great to deal with in terms of quoting and timing. And then the service itself was also amazing! Great experience. I called 9 places and their quote was the second cheapest. Another place quoted me $20 cheaper, but they weren't open on weekends and they would require longer to do the job. I called on a Friday evening and they were able to do my windshield repair on Saturday morning. The owner's customer service was exceptional.

I was trying to fix my seized wiper linkage and was having trouble removing my wiper arms off the spindles. Called Gzone, Sam told me to come by and said he'd help me out. Infrequently I'll write up a review unless very good or of the other type. This is for not only great service, professional installation but the best price (by a high margin) I could find from 6 companies. In reality, unless you are very unlucky, you'll probably only need auto glass repair or replacement a couple of times in your lifetime. When you find you do, then look no further. Auto glass replaced either through insurance or direct, Sam and team will look after you in no uncertain terms. Originally scheduled a week ago, their supplier gave them glass with different rain sensor. Very apologetically they assured me the cracked glass was probably safe for the week due to the laminated manufacture process, and we rescheduled. Sam checked in with me and confirmed new date/time. Of course its raining and I don't have a covered area to do the install. We agreed to wait a couple of hours and see. sure enough they arrived around 1:28pm, started 1:30 and impressively completed the install and writing out receipt barely 30 mins later. Glass looks great (see pics). Guys were great, attentive and polite. I let them get on with it with no interruptions and they sailed through removal and install. Warranty is ideal, lifetime for non impact cracks or workmanship. Highly recommended and my go to guys for auto glass repair or replacement. Thanks Gzone Auto Glass, wishing you continued success.

Wonderful experience! Had a cracked windshield and called in the morning to see what I could do. they arranged to stay late for me after closing so I could come after work, and were very kind and personable. Great service, the job took about an hour, and still looks great! Very reasonable price and for the added attention that I received it's totally worth it! A great company with wonderful staff that treat you like their friend. Would definitely recommend. 🙂

I went to the Mississauga location of G Zone Auto Glass to get the windshield on my car replaced. Amani at the front desk was simply amazing, patiently answering all my questions, giving me tips on what I can check with insurance company to reduce my cost, and a no pressure situation where she gave me facts and figures on the cost without once making me feel like I have to decide right away. I did manage to get the work done there, and it was completed within the hour as I waited having a delightful chat with Amani. I found that the rates were very competitive (in fact the most reasonable ones), and the work was of top-quality. Certainly would recommend this place (1170 Eglinton Ave W, Mississauga) for any of your windshield repair needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Gzone Auto Glass. I was referred by my brother, who had heard about them from a colleague. I had a massive crack in my windshield - the entire windshield had to be replaced. The price that was offered was much better than competitors. The replace itself was excellent. Unfortunately just 1 month after having the entire windshield replaced, a stone flew up and left a really nice chip in my brand new windshield (super bad luck!). I called Gzone to make an appointment for the stone chip repair - no problem come anytime, $40. When I took my car in, I was helped right away and waited maybe 15 minutes, if that. When I asked how much I owed, the owner told me not to worry about. Since the windshield was replaced at Gzone, he didn't want to charge me for the small stone chip repair. I would recommend Gzone to anyone! Although I hope to not have anymore windshield problems in the future; if I did, I know where I would take my car to fix it!

got a stone chip driving on the highway. Brought my car to G-Zone to have it fixed. it was only $40.00 cash to have it fixed!! I was told prior to having the work done that there was a small chance that the chip may spread but the likely hood of that happening was small. I would recommend G-Zone to anyone who drives a car. The customer service was impeccable and it was done in a timely manner.

I needed them to come in that same day in the evening since I needed the car in the morning for school. They had an installer come within one hr and replaced the windshield in 45 minutes. I love reviews! I am the type of consumer that does my research before hiring a service or purchasing a product. I am also in the service industry, I own two different businesses and I know how important it is to have loyal satisfied clients. As busy as I am, I still wanted to be sure to take the time to review Gzone Autoglass. From start to finish working with the guys at Gzone was efficient, fair and professional. 3 very important elements when dealing with the public. I reached out to Gzone through an online inquiry for a quote on their website, I know from experience that these online inquiries can often fall through the cracks but that didn't happen with Gzone. I was contacted by email and I followed up with them after receiving their email with a phone call to book my appointment. I had been putting off my replacement for a few months as I couldn't find the two day window and time away to have the window ordered and then installed. I lucked out with getting a same day appointment and the OEM windshield that I requested within hours of confirming my appointment time. I had called around to 3 other providers and they all needed a days notice to get the OEM windshield in stock. When I arrived to the shop, I was immediately shown the OEM windshield with the factory stickers on it. This gave me the peace of mind and once I agreed on the windshield my truck was being worked on within minutes. The customer service area is clean and comfortable. I waited less then an hour from start to finish and while I waited my insurance claim was being processed. Everything about my experience was efficient, which is so important to me and when things are the opposite it is one of my biggest pets peeves. The guys at Gzone exceeded my expectations and provided me with a replacement OEM windshield at an extremely competitive price. In fact they beat the other 3 quotes that I received by a substantial amount. Hopefully its not too often that I need a window replaced, but when I do, I will without a doubt use Gzone again and recommend them to my clients, colleagues, family and friends. I had to have my windshield replaced this year because of a large crack, the staff at GZone were friendly and professional. They replaced the windshield quickly and did a great job, I just called to let them know that I just got a new chip in the windshield and they said they would repair it Free of charge!!! That is FANSTASTIC service and I will recommend them for sure to anyone needing a new replacement.

Alen met me and gave me an opinion about my M3 windshield having small stone chips causing pitting.He advised that they would not drill but fill up the tiny spots.Overall good experience from the intial phone call to finish of the job.

Had the windshield replaced on our 2021 Audi Q5 on April 25th of this year. Installation was done in our driveway and we were initially quite pleased. Within a day however, a warning light came on indicating "Audi Presence Warning not Working". While there were several challenges in addressing the issue, these folks did ultimately go to great lengths to ensure the matter was resolved to our entire satisfaction. I would suggest greater communication at the outset in terms of the challenges which might be faced in having to calibrate cameras after the installation.

Went in for a windshield chip repair. Wish i had gone to a different place. The chip is still very visible which is fine it was a deep chip and was told I will still be able to see a small portion of it but the employee who drove my vehicle around to the front of the shop was very careless. After I got my vehicle back there was what seems to be silicone over the side of the hood and on the inside of the windshield. Everything was luckily caught on my dash camera including the whole repair. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this shop The shop ended up following up with me and the lady I spoke to was very kind and took me seriously. She understood the situation and offered for me to come back and have the resin taken off the vehicle which I appreciate.

They came back to fix a sloppy install job as looked like window was splitting at the mirror. When setting up appointment informed them lthat they had sent and installed wrong windshield they didn't care. Crew on time this time also told them the wrong windshield was put in didn't care. Don't trust people to do the job right beware!!

My windshield camera was put back together with so much dirt and dust that my lane keep assist would not work. The frustrating thing is that I pointed out the dirt before driving away but the technician said it shouldn't cause any problems. If it does, bring it back in. He also said removing the camera assembly for my car was a pain. It's actually not that bad and I know this because I took it apart and cleaned it myself and now my lane keep works again. (The error bothered me so much, I had to do it myself right away). Business owner may reply to this review and say I didn't give them a chance to correct the error. But I did, when I brought up the issue with the technician immediately after the job. A professional would have corrected it right away. 2 star rating because price was reasonable and dealing with Sam over email/phone was OK. Maybe the tech had an off day or had less experience (there were scratches on the plastic housing of mirror assembly which is only mildly annoying), but if you have a camera and/or rain sensor on your windshield, ask for assurances that they will be put back together clean and in good working order.

Terrible place. They dripped the windshield chip solution right on the hood of my 30 year old, rare classic car. When I took it back to get them to remove it, a guy went out and took it off with his fingernail. They laughed in my face because I had no idea you could take it off like that. It is a chemical gel they use to bond to glass to fix chips. How the hell was I supposed to know that it hadn't stuck to my paint and damaged it. Instead of any sort of apology for their sloppy work, not to mention me having to drive out there on a weekday, I was laughed at and treated with disrespect. Unbelieveable. Incompetent and rude! They actually have a sign in the reception that says “we are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle”. What kind of attitude is that?!!

they brought me glass for an old Ford F150 model, I spent time on them, they told me that the IMF didn't buy my car in Canada! jerks!!! I went to Danny auto glass, they did everything in a couple of hours and cheaper, the original, they also washed the car!

Made an appointment Saturday because I would be at home. Got a call Thursday and was told that they couldn't do it "for some reason" (that's literally what I was told). Things happen so I worked with the guy to come up with a solution. They would come to my work on Monday to fix it there between 12-12:30 which would work because it is during my lunch, which I made clear. 12:30 no one had shown or called so I called and was told it would be 15-20 minutes. An hour later I got a call (right after I cancelled) saying they were 15-20 minutes away. Did not complete the appointment because I cannot walk out of work whenever I please. Made arrangements elseware. I

Worse customer service ever!!! Don ever bother to use their service. They install a windshield for me a wel ago. My wipers are hitting the windshield for hard i tought it was going to break it. They came to check it And they were 2 hours late. They said the wipers are broken. A week later no came to replace the wipers. I called on on november 29 th guy with and Indian accent keep yelling at me talk over me he even told me he is giving a favour. The other technicians were nice but Indian accent who answer the phone was total joke.

Not Great, put wipers on wrong side, they flew off and scratched the new windshield plus took paint of car as they were hitting the body. Was not offered compensation when I had to pay the dealership to fix it. Not great customer service!

You pay for what you get. Reading over the number of positive reviews I was under the impression I would be treated with top quality service for an affordable price. On the day of the appointment there were some delays in the actual replacement (not having the right materials) to complete the service. I shrugged it off since it was an hour delay. The instant I had received my car I was having severe eye strains and noticed distortions in the glass. Several of my friends and co-workers also noticed the distortion. I went back a few days later and the mechanic insisted to replace the glass even though he did not see the distortion. He also claimed to order the windshield under high priority shipment and would call when the windshield has arrived. I've called every week following up with the order and have gotten the same response that it hasn't arrived yet. At this point I'm fully convinced that I will not get my replacement order and have gotten it replaced by another company.

Stay Away! Please read and be informed. This is a horrible business to deal with. I had the windshield replaced in my driveway on Sept 20th. The price was good and the work was done quickly. Being busy with two kids I did not have a chance to look at the work before the employees left. About an hour later I went outside to see that my dash had two big cuts in it, the light sensor was scratched, they had broken one of there tools and left the remains in my truck, footprints we’re left on my seats and many scratches left on the exterior paint. I also later saw fingerprints that seemed to be between the two panes. I emailed pictures right away and waited. To make a long story somewhat shorter, the owner who is absolutely horrible to deal with never once replied to an email and never once returned a phone call. It took 2 months of lie after lie from the owner who does not believe in consumer rights whatsoever to finally have my truck somewhat repaired. There are still numerous scratches on my exterior paint and you can still clearly see where my dash was damaged. He never produced any paperwork on the work that was performed on my vehicle. I have no idea even though I asked many times for information on where the parts came from and who did the work to the light sensor and the dash. To top it all off, the day of the repairs a loaner car was supposed to available for me. To my huge surprise it was not so they tried to arrange a rental car for me. After the owner’s credit card was declined he had the nerve to try and turn it around on me saying that I should be using my personal credit card. He lied again telling me his card had not been declined and that he called the rental car company while we we’re driving back because I refused to use my own card. I ask the agent at the rental car company and no such call was made. The owner of this company is dishonest and believes he is above the consumer. Your rights as a consumer mean nothing to him. This has been such a horrible experience with such a horrible person. Don’t be fooled by his nice looking website. 100% satisfaction guarantee? Lies, lies, lies. Stay away.

Very disappointed! After reading all the great reviews posted on google. I decide to give this shop my business. WHAT A MISTAKE!! when i called this shop the guy was rude to me over the phone, but based on the price, product and time (which was untrue) I went in... Once arrived, i didn't wait long(which was the only good thing that happen) i wanted to confirm the price and make sure the product was original equipment from the manufacturer. NOT ONLY DID HE MISS QUOTE ME! BUT, COMPLETELY LIED TO OVER THE PHONE!!
