I recently got a crack in my windshield from a rock hitting it on the highway. I called Auto glass zone and they were very helpful. They got me in to get my windshield replaced that day and once I got there they replaced the whole windshield in 30 minutes. I called first thing in the morning with a shattered passenger window. Manal was very friendly, provided a quick quote and offered same day in shop or mobile repair. Once I dropped the vehicle off, it was taken in right away and the window repaired within an hour or so. Alan was also extremely friendly. I will return if I need to!

Glass was installed super quick and had part within 24hrs - no complaints. They did not clean up after themselves as the interior was left dusty and muddy.

Initially I had a great experience with Autoglass zone. I had my windshield and glass roof replaced earlier this year with them. They dealt with insurance directly and even gave me a discount. I was very happy. The issue occurred about 3 months later when I had a huge crack appear on my windshield out of nowhere. There were no signs to indicate something had hit the windshield to cause the crack. I called Autoglass zone and the person I spoke to said that if it’s determined that the crack was not caused by impact then it would be covered under warranty and I can have the windshield replaced. I even texted her videos and pictures of the crack. Then the day I was supposed to go into the shop came and I called in to confirm the time. I spoke to a different person this time and they said that the warranty on the windshield was only for 3 weeks after installation so the repair would not be covered under warranty. I did remember specifically asking about warranty when I got the install done and was only told there was warranty but not how long it lasted. Upon being told it wasn’t covered under warranty I cancelled my appointment. So I still have a crack on my windshield that is growing. And upon thorough inspection I still can’t find a point of impact on the windshield so it seems like an issue either with the product itself or the installation. Disappointed to have this experience considering I initially had a positive experience. UPDATE: The Auto glass zone team reached out to me and were very patient and kind enough to discuss the situation. They were very intent to make sure we could work something out and offered a good solution to replace my window shield with a great discount. I just got my windshield replaced yesterday. They were super nice and wanted to make sure I had a positive experience with them. Very grateful to the team at Autoglass zone for the great service and focus on keeping customers happy. Definitely recommend this place!

A few months ago, my car’s windshield sprang a small leak (of course, during a rain), and I took the car to this shop. Since it was unclear where the leak was coming from, as there was no visible crack on my windshield, they suggested to apply some filler/glue around the windshield (underneath the rubber that holds the windshield in place) to hopefully stop the leak. As they were not sure if that would work (as we could not tell where the leak was coming from, even after a thorough inspection), they did not charge me a penny. Eventually, I learnt that the leak was coming from my roof rack and not the windshield. Despite not fully using their services (as I did not replace my windshield), I cannot recommend this guys enough as they were very honest, flexible (other shops would only see in me in a week time) and worked fast. If I ever need windshield services, will definitely go back to this shop.

The experience was excellent from the minute I spoke with Adam (owner). I had previously scheduled for my windshield to be replaced by another company who decided to notify me 45 minutes before the end of the day that they wouldn't be able to make it and wanted to reschedule and have me wait two more days. When I reached out to Auto Glass Zone Oakville, Adam personally called me and assured me that he would have a team out the next morning while also matching the price I had agreed to pay the other company. I really appreciated Team Richie's approach. They called me ahead of time and gave me an estimated time of arrival. When they arrived they were courteous and professional. As they began with the replacement they ensured to give me a walk through of the side panels so that I was aware of any dents/scratches. Upon completion of the job they gave me another walk through, gave me instructions to hold off from getting a car wash for a week and have me turn on the car and test the windshield wipers so that I could see that it was making contact with the glass the way it should. I appreciate Adam for accommodating me and for Team Richie for the excellent work they did, all for a very good price!

I had a positive experience with the business. The windshield on my Mazda CX5 was replaced but the new windshield developed a crack 2 weeks after installation. I took the car back to the shop and after examining the crack the shop agreed it was most likely caused by stress (or manufacturing defect) and replaced the windshield again under their warranty. What a fantastic experience! I stopped in this past Saturday to see if my windshield needed a repair or replacement. I figured it was replacement since it was chipped almost through the glass in the bottom corner and spread across the windshield. They looked at it right away. Confirmed it needed to be replaced. I expected to make an appointment later in the week. But to my surprise they could replace it that day and have it ready in an hour. They helped with my insurance claim and really made it painless. It’s not often these days you find customer service like this. And it was ready at the time they said it would be. Highly recommend.

To start, their hours are wrong and there was a slight miscommunication in the beginning where a genuine windshield and aftermarket moulding was ordered; this was corrected and a genuine moulding was ordered. The company did a phenomenal job with the install of the new windshield. They returned my vehicle to me the same way they found it, flawless. No mess was made, no dirt was to be found. The turnaround was very quick and the price I paid was half that of the dealership. I will definitely be back and will be referring friends and family to this place.

Richard and his co-worker were amazing, they came the same day to replace my windshield and it looks good as new. A rock hit my windshield on the highway while I was away from home and I felt too nervous to drive my car back. Despite being scheduled to come for just a repair, I decided to get the windshield fully replaced and they went above and beyond to go all the way back to their shop to pick up a replacement windshield and drive it back to me to replace it. They didn't have to do that. Knock on wood if this ever happens to me again, I'll be calling them again. So relieved to have this taken care of so quickly!

Great customer service, Sam helped me out with my glass replacement. Just had my front windshield replaced due to crack from the heating element for the wiper defrosters. Will report back of any concerts but none so far. The tech even helped me remove my dashcam and gave me double sided tape to remount it.

I had my windshield replaced in July and they came to the house to do it. Didn't drive the car for a bit and when I finally did I noticed that the w/s had a pit in it. Wasn't on the outside but the inside and in the driver's view. I called them and spoke to Jeff, who immediately sent someone out to repair it. They could repair it as it was still in vision. Called back spoke to Jeff who sent out Grant again two days later to replace my w/s once again at no cost to me. Thank you for the service, very hospitable, fast and reliable. Fantastic service and price! Naseem is the consumate professional at his job! I had a very bad star shape crack in my windshield and I called, and drove in right away without any appointment. He worked on my car and within an hour or less, the crack was 99% gone! Unbelievable! We then talked about other stuff as he's very friendly and was curious about EVs. This review is way overdue. My windshield was cracked and during the bad storms it suddenly got worse. They were able to fit me in on a last minute request, with short staffed, they changed my windshield, offered me the best price in the area and it was an easy and smooth process. Very happy and satisfied with the work. My only feedback is they didn’t clean the dashboard after placing the windshield, but it wasn’t a big deal, wiped it clean with a wet wipe. Highly recommend this place, fast and friendly service.

I started looking elsewhere after most windshield replacement businesses provided me with estimates close to a $1,000 for a windshield replacement for my car. Called and spoke to Sam who quickly provided me with a quote on a quality windshield and followed up with an appointment to replace my windshield. I just got my car back from GZone. Nobody wants to have to have a windshield replaced but if you do need to have it done, make sure you call Sam at GZone. They saw me the day of, had me out in an hour, by far had the most reasonable price of all the quotes I received, and the new windshield looks great. I had a really good experience here after bringing in my car with a bad stone chip for repair. It took a bit longer than expected due to weather conditions but the results and price ($60) were great. Afterwards, Jeff walked us step by step through the work that was done and seemed to really care about the business and customers. I had a bad experience at enterprise where I was charged $1400 for a windshield replacement on the same model car due to a stress crack but talking to Jeff, this should have been closer to $800/$850 with mark-up. Great life lesson to learn, and appreciate that he took the time to go over the process in this level of detail. 100% recommend going here

With winter coming, a small crack I didn't notice grew each day till it was almost 2 feet long overnight. Scrambling, I called around and GZone couldn't send a repair out as they were booked on such short notice, but were able to service my car at their Oakville location on a Saturday during the few hours they're open. They replaced my windshield in under an hour, covered part of my deductible and overall was a great experience.

It was a real pleasure doing business with GZone Autoglass. Sam and Tammy were really great to deal with in terms of quoting and timing. And then the service itself was also amazing! We got stuck in traffic for a bit and were about 20 minutes late for our appointment, but when we arrived, Tammy and Sam was there to greet us, Grant came out and took our keys and brought our vehicle to the back. Great experience. I called 9 places and their quote was the second cheapest. Another place quoted me $20 cheaper, but they weren't open on weekends and they would require longer to do the job. I called on a Friday evening and they were able to do my windshield repair on Saturday morning. The owner's customer service was exceptional.

Infrequently I'll write up a review unless very good or of the other type. This is for not only great service, professional installation but the best price (by a high margin) I could find from 6 companies. In reality, unless you are very unlucky, you'll probably only need auto glass repair or replacement a couple of times in your lifetime. When you find you do, then look no further. Auto glass replaced either through insurance or direct, Sam and team will look after you in no uncertain terms. Originally scheduled a week ago, their supplier gave them glass with different rain sensor. Very apologetically they assured me the cracked glass was probably safe for the week due to the laminated manufacture process, and we rescheduled. Sam checked in with me and confirmed new date/time. Of course its raining and I don't have a covered area to do the install. We agreed to wait a couple of hours and see. sure enough they arrived around 1:28pm, started 1:30 and impressively completed the install and writing out receipt barely 30 mins later. Glass looks great (see pics). Guys were great, attentive and polite. I let them get on with it with no interruptions and they sailed through removal and install. Warranty is ideal, lifetime for non impact cracks or workmanship. Highly recommended and my go to guys for auto glass repair or replacement. Thanks Gzone Auto Glass, wishing you continued success.

Wonderful experience! Had a cracked windshield and called in the morning to see what I could do. they arranged to stay late for me after closing so I could come after work, and were very kind and personable. Great service, the job took about an hour, and still looks great! Very reasonable price and for the added attention that I received it's totally worth it! A great company with wonderful staff that treat you like their friend. Would definitely recommend. 🙂

I went to the Mississauga location of G Zone Auto Glass to get the windshield on my car replaced. Amani at the front desk was simply amazing, patiently answering all my questions, giving me tips on what I can check with insurance company to reduce my cost, and a no pressure situation where she gave me facts and figures on the cost without once making me feel like I have to decide right away. I did manage to get the work done there, and it was completed within the hour as I waited having a delightful chat with Amani. I found that the rates were very competitive (in fact the most reasonable ones), and the work was of top-quality. Certainly would recommend this place (1170 Eglinton Ave W, Mississauga) for any of your windshield repair needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Gzone Auto Glass. I was referred by my brother, who had heard about them from a colleague. I had a massive crack in my windshield - the entire windshield had to be replaced. The price that was offered was much better than competitors. The replace itself was excellent. Unfortunately just 1 month after having the entire windshield replaced, a stone flew up and left a really nice chip in my brand new windshield (super bad luck!). I called Gzone to make an appointment for the stone chip repair - no problem come anytime, $40. When I took my car in, I was helped right away and waited maybe 15 minutes, if that. When I asked how much I owed, the owner told me not to worry about. Since the windshield was replaced at Gzone, he didn't want to charge me for the small stone chip repair. I would recommend Gzone to anyone! Although I hope to not have anymore windshield problems in the future; if I did, I know where I would take my car to fix it!

I spoke with Jeff over the phone at first he was very professional and respectful. Walked me through the process of getting my windshield and rear window fixed after my car was vandalized. Had a chip in our windshield and didnt know where to turn. I called in and the gentleman that answered had outstanding knowledge of what I was in need of having repaired. got a stone chip driving on the highway. Brought my car to G-Zone to have it fixed. it was only $40.00 cash to have it fixed!! I was told prior to having the work done that there was a small chance that the chip may spread but the likely hood of that happening was small. I would recommend G-Zone to anyone who drives a car. The customer service was impeccable and it was done in a timely manner.

I had Gzone AutoGlass come to my house to replace a heavily scratched windshield on my Audi A4 that my Windshield wipers scratched! I needed them to come in that same day in the evening since I needed the car in the morning for school. They had an installer come within one hr and replaced the windshield in 45 minutes. I love reviews! I am the type of consumer that does my research before hiring a service or purchasing a product. I am also in the service industry, I own two different businesses and I know how important it is to have loyal satisfied clients. As busy as I am, I still wanted to be sure to take the time to review Gzone Autoglass. From start to finish working with the guys at Gzone was efficient, fair and professional. 3 very important elements when dealing with the public. I reached out to Gzone through an online inquiry for a quote on their website, I know from experience that these online inquiries can often fall through the cracks but that didn't happen with Gzone. I was contacted by email and I followed up with them after receiving their email with a phone call to book my appointment. I had been putting off my replacement for a few months as I couldn't find the two day window and time away to have the window ordered and then installed. I lucked out with getting a same day appointment and the OEM windshield that I requested within hours of confirming my appointment time. I had called around to 3 other providers and they all needed a days notice to get the OEM windshield in stock. When I arrived to the shop, I was immediately shown the OEM windshield with the factory stickers on it. This gave me the peace of mind and once I agreed on the windshield my truck was being worked on within minutes. The customer service area is clean and comfortable. I waited less then an hour from start to finish and while I waited my insurance claim was being processed. Everything about my experience was efficient, which is so important to me and when things are the opposite it is one of my biggest pets peeves. The guys at Gzone exceeded my expectations and provided me with a replacement OEM windshield at an extremely competitive price. In fact they beat the other 3 quotes that I received by a substantial amount. Hopefully its not too often that I need a window replaced, but when I do, I will without a doubt use Gzone again and recommend them to my clients, colleagues, family and friends. I had to have my windshield replaced this year because of a large crack, the staff at GZone were friendly and professional. They replaced the windshield quickly and did a great job, I just called to let them know that I just got a new chip in the windshield and they said they would repair it Free of charge!!! That is FANSTASTIC service and I will recommend them for sure to anyone needing a new replacement.

I have just come back from GZone Autoglass and I have to say that I do not understand why some people gave such bad reviews. They were excellent. Not only was the price half that of all the other places I checked out, but the guys working there were kind and efficient. I am definitely recommending this place to everyone I know!

Visited them on my lunch break to fix a small windshield crack I got the same morning. Fast service, friendly staff! I was able to make it to Oakville from Burlington and back to fix this crack in 1 hour! Thank you guys!! I'll be back with my windshields needs...for sure!

I called the hamilton location, and they sent the guys from the oakville location to my work in burlington the next morning. They were polite and efficient. and almost 1/2 the price i was quoted at speedy and another place!

Alen met me and gave me an opinion about my M3 windshield having small stone chips causing pitting.He advised that they would not drill but fill up the tiny spots.Overall good experience from the intial phone call to finish of the job.

Had the windshield replaced on our 2021 Audi Q5 on April 25th of this year. Installation was done in our driveway and we were initially quite pleased. Within a day however, a warning light came on indicating "Audi Presence Warning not Working". While there were several challenges in addressing the issue, these folks did ultimately go to great lengths to ensure the matter was resolved to our entire satisfaction. I would suggest greater communication at the outset in terms of the challenges which might be faced in having to calibrate cameras after the installation.

Went in for a windshield chip repair. Wish i had gone to a different place. The chip is still very visible which is fine it was a deep chip and was told I will still be able to see a small portion of it but the employee who drove my vehicle around to the front of the shop was very careless. After I got my vehicle back there was what seems to be silicone over the side of the hood and on the inside of the windshield. Everything was luckily caught on my dash camera including the whole repair. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this shop The shop ended up following up with me and the lady I spoke to was very kind and took me seriously. She understood the situation and offered for me to come back and have the resin taken off the vehicle which I appreciate.

They came back to fix a sloppy install job as looked like window was splitting at the mirror. When setting up appointment informed them lthat they had sent and installed wrong windshield they didn't care. Crew on time this time also told them the wrong windshield was put in didn't care. Don't trust people to do the job right beware!!

My windshield camera was put back together with so much dirt and dust that my lane keep assist would not work. The frustrating thing is that I pointed out the dirt before driving away but the technician said it shouldn't cause any problems. If it does, bring it back in. He also said removing the camera assembly for my car was a pain. It's actually not that bad and I know this because I took it apart and cleaned it myself and now my lane keep works again. (The error bothered me so much, I had to do it myself right away). Business owner may reply to this review and say I didn't give them a chance to correct the error. But I did, when I brought up the issue with the technician immediately after the job. A professional would have corrected it right away. 2 star rating because price was reasonable and dealing with Sam over email/phone was OK. Maybe the tech had an off day or had less experience (there were scratches on the plastic housing of mirror assembly which is only mildly annoying), but if you have a camera and/or rain sensor on your windshield, ask for assurances that they will be put back together clean and in good working order.

Perhaps, they do a good job replacing glass; however, they are terrible at communication. I filled out the request for a price quote on their web site, but was informed via email that I needed the VIN number, despite it being listed as optional. Provided the VIN, but didn't receive a response. Called them and had to once again provide my VIN. Was told they would call back in 2 minutes. After 1 hour of waiting, I just gave up. Plenty of other windshield places in the area who responded immediately to my simple request.

Back in Feb, they put a new glass for me, but after installation, the new glass wasn't fully glued to the car, and when driving, I could hear a constant clicking sound whenever driving on a bumpy road. So I contacted them and they denied it a few times. So, I went to their shop and was angry. The technician agreed to sit in the car with me and I go for a test drive. In the test drive, he admitted the clicking sound but denied that it's from the windshield. So when I got back to their office I was pissed and their manager agreed that they would fix it next week! Please see the pictures of how they fixed it the week after. You can see how much damage they did to the paint of the car. I didn't notice this until now (summer) when these spots are starting to rust. Also, they initially sent me a quot for ~$300 for the job, so I decided to go with them. They said they could deal with the insurance. After they contacted my insurance, they said they would discount me my deductible, which is $200. Recently, when I contacted my insurance, the insurance said the bill was ~$800.

Replying to what I received from the owner because it doesn't let me reply. I had the guys come out to give me a quote on a chip repair/ window replacement and that’s when they dropped hot ashes on my car from a cigarette. And since they said previously that I was not in the system here is my appointment emails below.

DO NOT RECOMMEND I required a replacement windshield on my Jeep Gladiator & was able to get a Mobile appointment at my home. At one point I saw Dylan with a soft rag wiping something that looked like white powder off my hood, now I realize he was wiping glass into the vents and onto my driveway. Another time I saw Ali get into my vehicle and stand on the passenger seat with one foot and the armrest of my open door with his other in order to reach the window opening to use the gun to squeeze the black adhesive, but I was on a work call and had to get back to my meeting and forgot to mention it before they left. They were quick, and the windshield looked good from where I stood on my deck as I paid them cash and signed the paperwork. It was the next morning when I went to drive to work when I was beside myself to find remnants of the original windshield, glass shards and glass particles all over the interior of my vehicle, at which point I checked the exterior to find more shards in the exterior air vents, and black sticky stuff on the side of my vehicle, on the decal and on the passenger side door frame, along with two paint chips on the center of hood near the windshield. I’m not an installer – but should they not have fabric or something to cover the vehicle/hood when they take out a windshield to protect the paint, and to lean against incase there is adhesive on their clothes? If the vehicle is taller than most – should they not have a step or ladder to raise them up to do the install instead of standing on the armrest of an open door? I emailed the company right away (8:18am) with pictures and the details. By 2pm I still had not heard back and so I called AutoGlassZone and the person I spoke with said that the email had been received and forwarded along. I said that I couldn’t wait with having plans for the weekend, and that it was at the autobody shop for a quote on the paint, and to have the adhesive removed before it hardened. They had arranged to get it detailed as I couldn’t open my windows or run the air system for fear of the particles getting sucked into the vents, or having the minute particles fly around the vehicle and get into someone eyes, especially since I have two children whose safety is my number one priority. I was told to forward the invoice/quote and they would have someone get back to me. The body shop quoted me on getting the chips on the hood fixed (which will require a full strip, prime, paint and re-decal). I forwarded the quote which includes the detailing and adhesive removal both of which I’ve already paid, only to be told that none of it is covered because I didn’t have it done by them. If their group was going to clean it – then why didn’t they do it when they were here, or at least mention it, instead they just took the cash and left? Then they were then given a second opportunity on Friday when I emailed first thing in the morning – but they didn’t respond in a timely fashion, (over 6 hours without a response) so I had to take care of it myself. Had they called me right away and asked that I take it to their location, I would have, but having not heard anything, left me in an awkward position. I was told that management was away, and they would submit my claim to see about reimbursement. I understand that they don’t want to pay a third party for work they usually perform themselves, so I was simply asking to be reimbursed for their cost so that I could use the funds to help cover the costs I have already incurred. I didn’t hear for a week, so I emailed again. They have offered me $100 and a $100 coupon for a friend. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone ever again, so they are only offering me $100 that won’t even cover the time I’ve spent, cleaning the glass off my driveway so my kids and dog don’t hurt themselves and the few hours it was in the shop to get the black tar removed and the vehicle detailed so I could drive it.

TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY GRANDFATHER Worst glass place in the gta didn’t have the liner to complete my windsheild didn’t tell me and did it anyways. Along with this did more moneys worth of damage leaning on my car than fixing my flippin windsheild GO ANYWHERE OTHER THAN HERE.

Terrible place. They dripped the windshield chip solution right on the hood of my 30 year old, rare classic car. When I took it back to get them to remove it, a guy went out and took it off with his fingernail. They laughed in my face because I had no idea you could take it off like that. It is a chemical gel they use to bond to glass to fix chips. How the hell was I supposed to know that it hadn't stuck to my paint and damaged it. Instead of any sort of apology for their sloppy work, not to mention me having to drive out there on a weekday, I was laughed at and treated with disrespect. Unbelieveable. Incompetent and rude! They actually have a sign in the reception that says “we are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle”. What kind of attitude is that?!!

they brought me glass for an old Ford F150 model, I spent time on them, they told me that the IMF didn't buy my car in Canada! jerks!!! I went to Danny auto glass, they did everything in a couple of hours and cheaper, the original, they also washed the car!

I paid them for fixing a very tiny crack (less than 1 cm) on my car’s front window, but nothing changed after their service. It didn’t worth it at all.
